Kiminoi Honjozo Nama Genshu Can "Emperor's Well"

This unpasteurized and undiluted Honjozo has a mild aroma and a bold palate, making it a great sipping sake or great to pair with food. Tuna, yellowtail with wasabi and soy sauce, yakitori (grilled chicken) with salt, asari (clams) steamed with sake, light chicken dishes, and vegetable tempura. Kanzuri – local pepper paste from the Myoko region in Niigata where the brewery is located pairs great with this sake too.
