THERE ARE DAMAGED BOTTLE(S) WHEN I OPENED MY PACKAGE. WHAT DO I DO?

Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately and do not throw any of the packaging away just yet. UPS may need to inspect photos of the damage. Once you have contacted True Sake about your damaged order, we will give you further instructions on how to proceed. 
Although we do our best when packing your orders, we do not cover cosmetic damages to your bottles (damaged or torn labels, aesthetics, etcetera).
