Otokoyama Shiboritate Junmai Nama Genshu Ginpu 55 "Kita no Inaho"

This is a freshly special Junmai-shu made from Hokkaido sake rice. Because it is not pasteurized, you can enjoy a fresh taste. It is also characterized by a faint ginjo aroma, soft and gentle texture, and a smooth mouthfeel. Available in limited seasonal quantities.
Pairing Recommendation: Seafood hotpot, shirako or other seafood tempura, shirako or other seafood ponzu.
Otokoyama Brewery: Otokoyama is brewed using the spring water of Asahikawa, Hokkaido. In 1977, the brewery won the Monde Selection award for sake for the very first time. World class brewing has been going on for about 50 years. In addition, Otokoyama has won many gold medals in both domestic and foreign liquor competitions, as well as with the NRIB (National Research Institute of Brewing).
