This special sake "Edo Genroku" is an authentic reproduction of a traditional Shirayuki sake recipe from the Edo Genroku period, year 1688-1704. The recipe has been passed on from generation to generation by the founding Konishi Family. Its lovely amber color and this premium undiluted sake features a natural sweetness. This sake is versatile and can be enjoyed at different temperatures, 95°-104°F, or on-the-rocks. Pairs well with raisins, nuts, dark chocolate, and vanilla ice cream.
