Tenmei Junmai "Polar Bear Cup"

Smooth, rich, round, and dry this cup is a whole lot of ricey goodness. With a very good body it drinks with some solidness and there is a quick dry finish. Look for hints of steamed rice, pumpkin seeds, sourdough toast, orange zest, and chocolate flavors that slide through the palate. A good three temperature cup that drinks fat and fun.
