True Sake has been selling Kiminoi sake for nearly two decades, and this is your chance to say hello to one of the most interesting sake brewery owners in the business. And, you can ask about his Master Brewer who has been making sake at Kiminoi for over three decades!

At long last there is a new sake brewery in New York, and you know the brand! Everybody knows the brand. It’s Yamaguchi Prefecture’s Dassai, and they are launching their latest efforts called DASSAI BLUE. DASSAI BLUE is made with koji that is hand-crafted in small batches and mixed with New York spring water to create a truly unique flavor experience. Come be the first to taste this historical sake and get your Blue on! You will be the first West Coast sake lovers to taste “Blue” and you will be first in line to order these special and historical craft sakes.

Jake will personally be pouring their limited 10th Anniversary Reserve Junmai Daiginjo Shizuku Sake. Crafted from 100% California-grown Yamada-Nishiki rice, this sake is a testament to their commitment to quality and innovation. Since the Bay Area has been part of their history and success this is a great way to say hello to Sequoia Sake and wish Jake and Noriko good luck for another decade of excellence in sake
