We at True Sake realize the best way to "know" sake is to "taste" sake! And that is why we host at least one major sake tasting per month at various locations in and around San Francisco. We also co-promote tasting spectacles and functions with other entities such as importers and distributors. Likewise we also inform sake drinkers of all the events that we are not even part of in the "spirit" of promoting the betterment of sake and sake education.

June 26th, 2008 - Sake Tasting at Anzu
Come and meet the brewers of Kasumi Tsuru (a master of Kimoto and
Yamahai brewing) and Wataribune (who revived the mystic Wataribune
rice). There will be 8 sakes to taste, including a Namazake from
each brewery, with appetizers by Chef Barney Brown.
- When: Thursday, June 26th, 6pm - 7pm
